Sound activated camera “click”
If you have camera in your hand it doesn’t mean that you will catch the critical moments of events. Physically it is impossible to react fast enough once you notice or hear something interesting. So hobbyists around the world are building various devices that trigger camera on various events like sound, light or mechanical hit. So this one is a sound activated camera triggering device built using PIC16F886 microcontroller. It is pretty simple solution with minimal but safe circuit design. Triggering device has a potentiometer which allows selecting sensitivity and rotary encoder to change delay time. So you can trigger camera on any sound level or click some time after the bang. Four digit 7 segment LED indicator lets you see the parameter being changed. Camera connector is optically isolated so circuit failures wouldn’t harm the camera....
